October 14 SymbioCity

SymbioCity is an exiting Swedish initiative. SymbioCity promotes holistic and sustainable urban development. Finding potential synergies in urban functions and unlocking their efficiency and profitability. The site is packed with interesting solutions and facts. It uses Sweden as a model with examples on how we can make a difference, really a great impact by increased awareness.

I especially like the Hammarby project. If all new developments followed this formula it would really make a difference.

The “Hammarby model” has set a new standard for future housing development.

el Also the waste management section is facinating.

So check it!
